Optimum Temperature Search program

A&D Weighing improves the advanced MX and MF Moisture Analyzers with its enhanced WinCT-Moisture™ software including the exclusive Optimum Temperature Search (OTS) program. Users no longer have to go through a tedious trial and error process to determine optimum temperature and time for quick accurate analysis.

Typically it takes days of trial and error to find optimal sample parameters. In just one 30-minute sample run, OTS automatically recommends the ideal time and temperature for a sample type. Because the OTS program helps the user distinguish between desired drying of moisture vs. the undesirable burning of the sample, OTS ensures quick accurate readings every time.

In addition to OTS, WinCT-Moisture provides bidirectional data collection, graph time vs. moisture % and overlays multiple test graphs in different colors to visually compare results. Data can be exported to Excel™ or sent as an email attachment.

A powerful 400-watt halogen lamp is aided by a uniquely designed Secondary Radiation Assist (SRA) filter, and together they supply fast uniform heating. This one of a kind drying system provides superior accuracy and repeatability. The A&D MX-50 and MF-50 analyzers deliver the best performance of any comparable moisture analyzer with 0.01% standard deviation!

The MX-50 displays moisture content to 0.01% and the MF-50 to 0.1%. The analyzers’ memory function allows users to program up to 50 different sample testing parameters (20 on the MF) including temperature, time, or % delta of moisture change.
